Therapy provided by Registered Social Workers (RSWs) may be covered under your extended health benefits. A doctor’s referral is not required. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm whether your plan covers social work services, the amount of coverage available, and any annual limits that may apply.

Direct billing is available for select insurance providers and plans through TELUS Health eClaims. If direct billing is not available under your plan, we can provide an official receipt after your appointment for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Currently, sessions are offered virtually to individuals residing in Ontario. Sessions are conducted through a secure video platform, and you will receive a link to join your session.

A private space and a stable internet connection are required. Phone appointments are also available.

You can book a free 15-minute consultation or send a message with your questions or needs. If you decide to proceed, we can schedule sessions based on your availability.

Before your first session, you will receive an informed consent form to review. This gives you an opportunity to understand the therapy process and ask any questions you may have.

The free 15-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to meet, briefly discuss what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping to address, and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit. I’ll share more about how I work and what you can expect from therapy, and you’ll have a chance to ask any questions you may have.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.

Because each session is reserved for a specific time, the session will still end at the scheduled appointment time if you arrive late unless otherwise stated by the therapist.
